Hey there! I'm Lauren!
I provide counseling for individuals and couples who are looking to change old patterns and find new ways of connecting. I aim to create a soft landing space for clients to explore difficult emotions and rediscover their roots. Once you can find a safe haven in yourself and your closest relationships, you can let go of fear and breathe deeply knowing that you are
supported and loved.
I enjoy helping people who might say...
